Neil built his first eco home more than 20 years ago, pioneering sustainable design long before it became mainstream. He integrated LED lighting, solar PV, and air-source heat pumps as soon as these technologies became commercially viable. Deeply immersed in carbon strategy, Neil is a strong advocate for carbon insetting as a more impactful alternative to traditional offsetting. 

Over 25+ years of experience in the energy and utilities sector in the UK and major  commonwealth countries. He has led and delivered c.£2Bn+ of infrastructure on some of the most high  profile, prestigious and complex projects in the UK & Ireland, including one of the pinnacles of his career,  the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.  His current role as CEO and cofounder of the ExergInc Group, leading FuturEnergSystems, sees him at  the frontier in the fight against climate change

In recent years, Shane has expanded his expertise into large-ticket finance, with projects ranging from Social housing, litigation and waste-to-energy and sustainable infrastructure. His focus lies in bridging financial innovation with real-world impact — creating commercially sound, scalable opportunities that align economic performance with environmental progress.

 Andrew McCulley is an experienced capital advisor and deal-originator specialising in  structured funding solutions for commercial projects across energy, infrastructure, real  estate development, litigation finance, and working-capital financing. With more than two  decades of global business and financial consulting experience, he works closely with  institutional investors, family offices, private credit funds, and specialist lenders to  structure and secure funding that aligns with project requirements and investor mandates.  As CEO of Advanced Asset Management, Andrew leads on capital raising, strategic project  assessment, financial structuring, and investor negotiation. His role involves understanding  a project’s fundamentals, identifying its optimal capital stack solution, and navigating the  introduction process between project developers and qualified funding partners—while  ensuring transparency, professionalism, and delivery.
